Below is an explanation of key stages in our website launch workflow. Above all, it’s a flexible and collaborative process, which allows for changes along the way as needed.

Place Your Order

The first stage is to hold a kick-off meeting via video call or ideally in-person. This is a discovery chat, to understand what you want from your website. Following this we’ll provide a tailored spec and price quotation, purely based on your needs.

Pre-Production

Once we’ve agreed your specification, you’ll need to pay a small deposit. Then we’ll get to work on a draft design plan. This will include things like a site map, with ideas for layout styles and colour schemes. Following this we’ll arrange a pre-production meeting, where we’ll agree the design brief together.

Full Production

This is the stage where your website is built. It’s a flexible process and from time to time we’ll update you on progress and consult on things which require your input.

Pre-Launch

Your website will be created offline, but once built, we’ll upload it to a staging server. At this point we can test everything works properly and make sure we’re both happy with the design, layout and content.

Handover

The penultimate stage is to publish your new website. This includes making sure it’s live and accessible by users and handover training which will introduce you to the back end operations panel.

Continuous Development & Management

After we publish your website, if you’ve chosen to include it in your framework, we’ll activate any marketing campaigns. Plus we’ll administer your website, whilst continuing development so it continuously meets your needs.
